Devendra Kumar, a self-made social reformer, emerged from a crime-prone slum where he and his infant sister were abandoned. Enduring poverty and adversity, he overcame challenges to establish the Ladli Foundation, focusing on vulnerable populations. Honored with national awards and praised by multiple Indian Presidents, his gender sensitization initiatives, recognized by the UN Secretary-General, showcase his global impact. He's a prominent policy analyst, speaker, and founder of the Ladli Foundation USA and the South and East Asia Foundation. He is not just a diplomat but a catalyst for gender-sensitive societal reform, fostering inclusivity worldwide. His mantra, Society is like a Canvas, It's you who need to paint it beautifully, fuels his commitment to transformative leadership and inclusive change.

Shameem Baksh is a visionary humanitarian, community leader, and the Executive Director of Ladli Foundation Africa in South Africa. She is a bridge-builder between South Africa and India, driving people-centred impact through values-led leadership and strategic partnerships that transform communities. She is passionate about empowering women, youth, and vulnerable communities, dedicating her work to social impact through education, leadership, entrepreneurship, and humanitarian outreach initiatives. Recognised for uniting corporates, NGOs, philanthropists, and community leaders, Shameem has led initiatives that promote collaboration, empowerment, and sustainable community development. Through impactful networking events, outreach programmes, and strategic partnerships, she creates platforms that inspire social responsibility and uplift communities. Her leadership is driven by compassion, resilience, and purpose, with a strong commitment to creating opportunities for future generations. Shameem Baksh continues to inspire meaningful transformation while building a lasting legacy of service, empowerment, and cross-border impact.

Marsha Piaray is a passionate educator and community leader with over 25 years of experience in education and social impact. She is dedicated to empowering women and children in marginalized communities by providing skills development, confidence-building, and support programs that promote independence and opportunity. Through collaborations with nonprofit organizations and community initiatives, Marsha addresses key social challenges while integrating psychological support into her work. Her programs include emotional resilience workshops and counselling aimed at improving mental well-being alongside practical empowerment. As Director of Ladli Foundation Africa, Marsha leads initiatives focused on improving access to health, education, and dignity for vulnerable women and girls. She is committed to creating inclusive environments where women can thrive personally and professionally. Marsha strongly believes that empowering women and girls leads to stronger families and prosperous communities. Her work continues to inspire positive change and lasting impact across the communities she serves.

Komla Naidoo is the newly appointed Director of LADLI Foundation Africa, leading initiatives for the upliftment of women and youth across South Africa. An executive leader since 2005, Komla brings nearly two decades of experience in business strategy, stakeholder management, and cross-sector partnerships to the non-profit space. At LADLI Africa, Komla is focused on building scalable programmes that empower women through skills development and economic opportunity, while equipping youth with education, mentorship, and pathways to employment. This blend of corporate acumen and community focus enables Komla to forge strong collaborations between business and civil society, ensuring sustainable impact. Guided by the values of Ubuntu and Seva, Komla believes in treating every as one family and is committed to growing LADLI Africa's reach with transparency, accountability, and measurable results.
